We are a manufacturer of ERW welded pipes from Tianjin China, and located in Daqiuzhuang, Jinghai County which is a centre of steel mills in North China. Our company was established on 1991.
Currently we have two factories. One for pipe making, which equips seven sets of line unit, producing 1"-10" hot rolled steel ERW pipe with wall thickness from 2mm-12mm, with annual output over 500,000mt. Another factory is doing the hot-dip galvaning procession, with three rack plating workshops and one blowing workshop. We galvanize max 13 meters long pipes, tubes, steel sections, flat steel, and any other steel products.
What we can supply:
1, hot rolled ERW welded carbon steel pipe, ASTM A53, API 5L, BS 1387, EN10217 (produced by our own mill)
OD: 1"-10", wall thickness: 2mm-12mm
2, hot rolled carbon steel hollow sections, ASTM A500 (produced by our partner)
size: minimum 20x20mm, maximum: 300x300mm, 400x200mm
3, seamless carbon steel pipes, ASTM A53/A106 API 5L GR. B (produced by our partner)
OD: 1/4" - 24" (18"-24" is thermal expanded pipe), wall thickness: 2mm-33mm
We also could supply hot-dipped galvanizing procession service for steel pipes (ERW, SSAW, LSAW, SEAMLESS), tubes, sections, channels and other steel less than 13 meters long.
We have obtained API 5L certificate and TUV certificate. And we have exported our products to all over the world. Our total export quantity in 2011 is over 70000 tons. Our goal for 2012 is 100,000 tons for exportation. You will trust on our quality. |
